KAYANOU is a registered Canadian bilingual non-profit organization committed to preserve and promote shared learning of Black Francophone Canadian communities in Alberta. KAYANOU empowers Black Francophone Canadian organizations, families, and individuals in all aspects of their culture, history, and heritage.

KAYANOU diligently researches, documents, and compiles data on the history, heritage, and culture of Caribbean diasporas and Afro-Canadian descendants. Our commitment is rooted in education, inspiration, and the advancement of cultural diversity and social inclusion in Alberta.
